We are sorry your card is being declined! This can feel frustrating and overwhelming when you don’t know the cause. Sometimes the answer is straightforward and other times we may need to look into what's going on.
Please check below for possible explanations and some information on how we can help you get to the bottom of this.
Does your card have enough funds? You can check your balance here or by phoning the toll free number on the back of your card.
Are you attempting to make a payment online or over the phone? Please check you are entering your card details correctly, as well as your billing address, sometimes we can make small mistakes without realizing!
If you have checked your details are correct, and you have the option to, try going in store to make the payment, or see if you can speak to a customer service representative. Sometimes automated payment systems can be difficult to work with.
Still having problems?
Sometimes the merchant (store or company you are trying to pay) doesn't pass the information you are giving them through their payment systems properly. This is an issue on their side, try contacting them directly.
