This report will show you every single TouchPoint response recorded for the selected TouchPoint. It will display in a grid (flat file), sorted by response ID, subject, and individual question responses.


Users must have access to the Touchpoint Flat File under Reports or View Reports (NEW). This is defined by the Manage Reports or Manage Reports NEW security.

Users will see the responses within the Site for which they are running the flat file.

Users will only see responses for which they have TouchPoint security set. If the user can see the response in View TouchPoint, the user will see the response in the TouchPoint Flat File report.

"Share Responses Across Site" must be enabled for users to see the responses across the entire site.
