Question:
Why do I get a message saying "You don't have the correct permissions to take this action" when trying to preview a TouchPoint?

Answer:
The "Preview" feature is affected by TouchPoint security, and either the program you are in or your user role may not have the necessary permissions to add responses. This feature is affected by the same security as the "Add Own Responses" setting. In order to view or add a response, you will need to navigate to a program that has permissions for that particular TouchPoint.
