If you are receiving a 403 Forbidden error when accessing ETO, we will need to add your public IP address to our whitelist.
IP whitelisting allows you to create lists of trusted IP addresses or IP ranges from which your users can access your domains. IP whitelist is a security feature often used for limiting and controlling access only to trusted users.
To access your public IP Address, you can navigate to Google and search "What is my IP Address?" Google will provide your public address in the search results or https://www.whatismyip.com/ is a useful tool.
Once you have your public IP address, reach out to ETO Customer Support for further assistance.
