#Forms

Updated over a week ago

This page deals with a setting for individual questions added to forms when managing TouchPoints, Collection Types, and Referral Forms.

Selecting this option for your form may save Users time when filling out forms for Participant (multiple), Entity (multiple), Family, and Collection subject types. For example, when working with a group, they can select the answer to the question once and have it populate for every Participant in the group. Users can also change the answer for individuals if they do not have the same answer as the rest of the group.

In-Depth Instructions

Step 1 – Navigate to the proper management page (Navigation Bar > "Site Administration" > "Manage TouchPoints/Manage Collection Types/Manage Referral Forms").

Step 2 – Find the question you would like to edit or create a new question.

Step 3 – Check the "Capture one response for multiple subjects" option.

Step 4 – Click the "Save" button to save your changes.

When filling out the form for Participant (multiple), Entity (multiple), Family, and Collection subject types, questions that were selected to capture one response for multiple subjects will have a two-person icon next to it.

Questions that were not set to capture one response for multiple subjects will have a one-person icon next to it.
