Step 1 – View the page in Page mode to view how the page will look in a print layout.

Navigate to "Page Setup" tab > "Display" sub-tab > "Page mode"

From here, you can also format the page size and type.

"Page Setup" > "Page"

Adjust the page header, footer, scale to page, and margin.

Step 2 – Adjust Tables and Cell Location

Right click the corner of the cell or table > select "Format Table/Cell"

In the "General" section, you can change the object width and height.

In the "Layout" section, you can set up the relative positioning of the tables to meet the margins or to meet the edges of other tables.

In the "Alignment" section (only for formatting cells), you can give the object's "Padding", or extra space. You may also "Wrap text" to make text fields smaller.

Additionally, check the border to make sure there are larger areas of white space.

Step 3 – Adjust Column Widths

Adjust your columns in "Page Mode" to ensure all cells and tables fit on a printable page size. Hover over the edge until you find a tool for adjustments.

You can also hover over the corners to drag the tables and cells around the document

Step 4 – Adjusting Text Fields

Finally, you may need to adjust the size of font of your text.

Right click the cell > "Text" > "Font"

You can change "Font name", "Font style", and "Font size" from this menu.
