Action Links serve as quick links to common functions used in the software right from the dashboard. These include Recording Participant TouchPoints, Efforts, Assessments, Reviewing your Efforts, and Adding New Participants/Families. Taking an action from these links will redirect the user back to the dashboard after the action is completed.

Step 1 - To edit the action links, click Edit Dashboard at the top of the page.

Step 2 - To remove links from the list, click on the symbol to the left of the link.

Step 3 - To reorder the list of available links, change the numbers to the left of the link and click the Update Order button at the bottom OR drag and drop the link you wish to move to the location you wish to move it to.

Step 4 - To add an additional action link to the ETO Part, select the link you would like to add from the drop down and then click the Add button.

Step 5 - To edit the ETO part, click on the paper and pencil icon and edit the part on the new section that loads.

  • Chrome State: Normal will start the part immediately upon landing on the dashboard. Minimized may work best for dashboards that take a long time to load, but will require the user to expand the part if they wish to view the report.

  • Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.
