The Participant Information dashboard part displays the Participant's name, case number, DOB, age, race, marital status, contact information (address and phone numbers), a photo (if applicable), and alert. At the bottom, there is a link to take you to the View/Edit Participant page.

This ETO Part is only available on the Participant Dashboard.

To utilize the photo option, create a Custom Demographic with the Demographics Wizard with the type file attachment. Then go to the Manage Demographics page and edit the demographic and check the box labeled "Participant Photo - photo will represent Participant." Upload a photo via View/Edit Participant. Finally, access the Participant's Dashboard to view the photo.

Editing

Step 1 - To edit the Participant Information part, click Edit Dashboard at the top of the page.

Step 2 - You can restore, minimize, disable, or edit the part by clicking on the associated icon.

Step 3 - When editing the part, you can re-title the part and set the layout. Click Apply to confirm any changes.

  • Chrome State: Normal will start the part immediately upon landing on the dashboard. Minimized may work best for dashboards that take a long time to load, but will require the user to expand the part if they wish to view the report.

  • Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.

  1. In the Participant Information box on the edit page, check the boxes for the demographics you would like to show.

  2. Click "Done Editing" at the top of the page.
