This page deals with the questions you can add to a form and their settings when managing TouchPoints, collection types, referral forms, and approval forms.
Step 1 – Navigate to the proper management page (Manage TouchPoints, Manage Collection Types, Manage Referral Forms, or Manage Approvals).
Step 2 – Click on the + Add Question button to add a new question to the form.
