If your report column has repeating data that is unnecessary to display for each row, you can create a Break in the table so the data only appears in the first row for that set of information.

For example, if the Subject Name appears multiple times due to having multiple values associated with that Subject, and you would prefer if the name only appears once, you can add a Break within the Subject Name column.

To do this, right-click within the column, hover over or select "Data", then select "Add Break".

The report will immediately apply your changes; this will not remove the column header at the top of the report.
