Tooltips are additional messages that can be a helpful way of providing guidance to users entering data through TouchPoints. These messages are displayed by hovering the mouse over a question mark icon displayed next to the element it is added to.
To add a tooltip to an Element in a TouchPoint, please follow these steps:
From the Navigation Bar, select "Site Admin"
From the "Site Admin" section, select "Manage TouchPoints"
Click "Edit" from the "Take Action" column for the desired TouchPoint
Find the question you would like to add a tooltip to, and click "Edit Question" followed by "Edit Question" again
Scroll down until you find "Display tooltip" and enable it by adding a checkmark to the box
Enter the desired message into the textbox that appears directly beneath the enabled tooltip setting.
Scroll down and click "Save"
A question mark icon will now appear next to the question text that will provide the additional message when the mouse is hovered over it
