ETOC-10789: Fix for Red X to remove participants from Collections missing for some - Previously, the red X used to remove participants from Collections did not appear for participants with last names in all caps or last names with more than 16 characters. Now, a red X appears for any participant, and you can use the X to dismiss participants from Collections.

ETOC-11012 Fix for Provider Search not loading in IE for Internal Referrals - Previously, the Provider Search in Internal Referrals appeared blank when using Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer compatibility mode in Microsoft Edge. Now, the Provider Search correctly loads, no matter which browser is used.

ETOC-11138 Fix for Referral Batch Upload failure on some forms - Previously, there was a critical failure message in Batch Upload if the Referral Form used question numbering. Now, the Batch Upload for Referrals is working as expected when question numbering is included.
