Our subscription plans are designed to cater to a wide array of professionals – from individual creators, freelancers, and small studios to agencies and corporations. Each plan is bundled with a set of features, including a specific number of users, brands, LLMs, AI image models, characters for voiceovers, storage, and user support, to ensure you have all the tools needed for your solo or organisational creative journey.
Flexible Billing Options
Subscriptions are available with monthly and yearly billing, providing the flexibility to choose what best fits your project timelines and budget allocations. Opting for the yearly billing can result in cost savings, offering you more value for your commitment to Euryka.
How to Change Your Subscription Plan
Switching between Euryka subscription plans is straightforward, allowing you to adapt your package as your project needs evolve. Here’s how to make the change using our payment processing partner, Stripe, renowned for its secure and user-friendly payment solutions.
Access Your Settings: Start by clicking on your Profile at the bottom left corner of your screen.
Go to Account: Click Account on the Settings menu.
Navigate to Subscription Details: Within the Settings menu, click on Subscription to view your current plan and options.
Manage Your Plan: Your active subscription has a Manage button at the bottom. Click this button to proceed with changing your plan. This action will redirect you to our payment partner, Stripe's, secure platform.
Follow Stripe’s Instructions: Once on Stripe’s interface, follow the instructions to select a new plan and complete your transaction in secure and seamless process.
Re-login for Updates: If your account does not immediately reflect your new subscription plan, log out and then log back in to Euryka. This step ensures that the system updates and applies your new subscription benefits.
Notes on Plan Switching:
Prorating Charges: Stripe prorates charges when you switch plans mid-billing cycle, ensuring you only pay for what you use. The adjustment will be reflected in your next billing statement.
Upgrades and Downgrades: Whether you're scaling up for more extensive projects or scaling down after a project completion, the transition between plans is designed to be as smooth as possible.
Subscription Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
