Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you are an active member of a group, you are committed to sharing with your group for 1 year. If you do need to cancel during your annual commitment, you will, unfortunately, forfeit your initial deposit which will be used to help offset the expenses of the group that you left.

  • If your pet has unfortunately passed away, please notify our support team and you will be able to receive your deposit back in full!

  • However, if you have not joined a group or you are within the first 30 days of your Eusoh membership, you are free to cancel at any time and will be able to withdraw your initial deposit without penalty.

In order to deactivate your account, please go to your Account dashboard. From there, click the deactivate button and your subscription will be closed. Once your account has been deactivated, you will no longer be charged your subscription fee to Eusoh.
