Yes! If you are unable to join a group, navigate to the Billing dashboard where you will see the option to withdraw your deposit back to your payment account.

In order to withdraw your deposit, you must have either a debit card or ACH account attached to your account. Refunds to credit cards are not currently supported. To add a new payment method, please navigate to your Billing dashboard and click the buttons under the Payment Method section. Please contact support if you have any payment-related issues!
