Yes, if you'd like to appeal a declined expense reimbursement decision, please send an email to support@eusoh.com with all applicable information detailing why the declination was made in error and provide any medical records to support your case.

Per the Membership Agreement signed during registration, you agree to follow the appeal and review process and accept the outcome of that process as final and conclusive. Declined expense reviews can take 2-3 business days.
