Why Do You Need a UK Authorised Representative?
As per GPSR and UKCA regulations, selling consumer products in the UK market requires manufacturers to make their products traceable. This means a UK Responsible Person’s address must be included on the product packaging.
Steps to Appoint a UK Authorised Representative
Option 1: Use an Existing Authorised Representative
If you already have an Authorised Representative (AR), you can enter their details in the Authorised Representative section.
Option 2: Appoint Euverify as Your UK AR
Euverify provides UK Authorised Representative services at £200 per year. However, it is not mandatory to use Euverify’s address—you may add your own company or a third-party AR service.
Adding Your Own UK AR Address:
- Click Add Your UK Address.
- Fill in the AR’s logo, company name, full address, and country.
- Ensure the selected country is within the UK.
Using Euverify’s AR Service:
- Click Add Euverify’s UK Address.
- Click Enable.
- A confirmation box will appear showing the £200 per year fee and a Confirm and Enable button.

Important Notes:
- Euverify does not accept certain high-risk business categories (see the restricted categories list for details).
- The manufacturer remains fully responsible for product compliance, and Euverify does not verify technical files.
