Privacy Policy - B2K EVEN Studio

Last updated: November 18, 2025

Updated this week

Welcome to the B2K EVEN Studio platform (the “Platform”), operated by EVEN Labs Inc. (“EVEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in collaboration with B2K.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the B2K EVEN Studio Terms of Use, the Terms of Use govern how you can use the Platform, and this Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Who we are and scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The B2K EVEN Studio site and related webpages

  • Experiences, content, and features we make available as part of the B2K EVEN Studio release

  • Any other online services that link to this Privacy Policy

EVEN Labs Inc. is the entity responsible for your personal information when you use the Platform. In some cases we work closely with B2K and their business partners, and may share data with them as described below.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites or services that you access through the Platform, such as Ticketmaster, streaming services, social platforms or merch partners. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  1. Information you provide directly to us

  2. Information we collect automatically when you use the Platform

  3. Information we receive from third parties

2.1 Information you provide to us

Depending on how you use the Platform, you may provide:

    • Information you share when you contact us for support or feedback

    • Any additional details you choose to provide

We may also run special experiences from time to time (for example, contests, early access lists, invite based programs). If you choose to participate, we will collect the information necessary to operate that experience and confirm eligibility (for example, your contact information and details about your participation).

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal data (such as health information, government IDs or precise financial details) and we request that you do not include such information in chat messages or support tickets.

2.2 Payment information

If, in the future, you purchase digital content, access passes or merch through the Platform:

  • Payments will be processed by one or more third party payment processors (such as Stripe or similar providers).

  • Those processors receive your payment card details and any billing information needed to complete the transaction.

  • EVEN does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Ticket purchases for live shows are handled by third party ticketing partners (such as Ticketmaster). Those purchases are covered by their privacy policies, not this one.

      • Remember your preferences

      • Keep you logged in

      • Understand which features people use most

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, in-product controls. If you disable cookies, some features may not work properly.

2.4 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Authentication and security providers that help us verify your identity and keep accounts secure

  • Analytics and measurement providers that help us understand usage patterns and improve the Platform

  • Ticketing partners, merch partners or other business partners, where you have interacted with them in connection with B2K experiences

  • Social and marketing platforms, when you interact with our pages or ads or choose to connect with us through those platforms

We may combine information from these sources with the information we collect directly.

4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR and similar laws)

Where laws like the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process your personal information:

  • Legitimate interests

    • To operate, secure and improve the Platform

    • To send you certain communications related to the Platform and B2K, where your rights do not override our interests

  • Legal obligations

    • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes and law enforcement requests

We do not give artists or their teams unrestricted access to your private communications. Access to specific personal data is limited to what is needed for the purposes described here.

If you participate in community chat or other interactive features:

  • Your display name, messages and any content you share may be visible to other users.

  • Depending on the feature, your profile image and other basic account details may also be visible.

You should not share personal information in community spaces that you would not want others to see.

To make such a request, or to exercise any California privacy rights, contact support@even.biz and indicate that your request relates to your California privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7.4 Nevada and Do Not Track

  • If you are a Nevada resident, you may have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law, but you can contact us at support@even.biz with any questions.

  • Many browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no common agreement on how to interpret DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to them. You can use other tools, such as cookie settings, to control data collection.
