Who we are: This platform is operated by EVEN Labs Inc. in collaboration with B2K to bring you access to B2K focused content and experiences, including tour information, community chat, and potentially exclusive music, content and merch in the future.
What you can do today:
View B2K tour dates and follow links out to ticketing partners such as Ticketmaster
Join the community chat to connect with other fans and, from time to time, the artist team
What may be added later:
Access to new or exclusive music, video, behind the scenes content
Access passes or special drops
B2K related merch or bundles
Your account: You may need to create an account to participate in chat or access certain content. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Who can use this:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and supervise your use
Privacy and your data: We collect certain information, like your email address and possibly your name or phone number, so we can operate the Platform, send you updates about B2K, and keep the community safe. We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California privacy laws, where they apply. Tickets, merch and payments:
Ticket purchases are handled by third party partners such as Ticketmaster, with their own terms and refund policies
If we later offer B2K related digital content or merch directly on the Platform, those purchases will be processed through third party payment processors and will generally be non refundable except where required by law.
Enjoy the content, do not redistribute it: Any exclusive music, video, images, text or other content you access through the Platform is for your personal use only. Do not download, record, screenshot, repost or otherwise share content or chat messages outside the Platform without permission.
Be respectful in the chat: We want this to feel like a safe and fun space. Do not harass, threaten, spam, advertise or post anything illegal or hateful. If you break the rules, we may remove your messages or your access.
No guarantee of availability: We try to keep things up and running but we cannot guarantee that any particular piece of content or feature will always be available.

Detailed Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the B2K EVEN Studio platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND CERTAIN LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
Your use of the Platform in any way, including viewing pages, joining the chat, or following links to third party ticketing or merch partners, means that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and that you have the legal authority to do so.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Platform Ownership and Operation
The Platform is operated by EVEN Labs Inc. (“EVEN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in collaboration with B2K and related artist entities. The Platform may provide access to:
Information about B2K and related projects
Tour dates and links to third party ticketing partners
Community chat and other interactive fan features
Exclusive or early access digital content
Digital or physical merchandise
We may update, expand, limit or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time, in our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility, Age Requirements and Parental Consent
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 13 years old, and
If you are under 18, have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and supervises your use of the Platform.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you allow a minor to use the Platform, you agree that you are responsible for that minor’s activity.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data through the Platform, we may delete that information and terminate the account.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, such as community chat or exclusive content, you may be required to create an account and authenticate using a passwordless login service or similar technology.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information when creating your account
Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication methods
Immediately notify us at support@even.biz if you suspect any unauthorized access or activity on your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect:

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved under GDPR or equivalent measures, to help protect your personal data.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

If you live in a place with its own privacy laws, you may have additional rights under those laws. Where those laws apply to EVEN, we will respect your rights in line with applicable requirements.
6. Communications and Notifications
By creating an account or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to:
Platform updates and features
New releases, events, merch and other B2K related offerings
Service announcements and important notices about your account
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Certain transactional or service messages are necessary for the Platform to function and you may not be able to opt out of those while still using the Platform.
7. Tickets, Purchases and Refund Policy
7.1 Ticketing
The Platform may show B2K tour dates and link you to third party ticketing partners, such as Ticketmaster, to complete your ticket purchase.
Ticket sales, refunds, exchanges, seat assignments, venue policies and all other terms related to your tickets are governed by the ticketing partner and the venue, not by EVEN or B2K.
Once you leave the Platform to purchase a ticket, your transaction is subject to the third party’s terms, privacy policy, fees and customer support process.
EVEN and B2K are not responsible for any issues with ticket purchases, including cancellations, postponements, venue policies or failures by third parties to perform.
7.2 Future digital content and merch
In the future, the Platform may allow you to purchase or unlock:
Exclusive B2K music or video content
Digital access passes or similar experiences
Physical or digital merchandise
If and when such features are introduced:
Payments may be processed by one or more third party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms of service, including any fees they charge.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law, purchases are generally final and non refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to issue refunds or credits in specific cases.
Shipping windows for physical merchandise, where applicable, are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors once an item has been handed off to a shipping provider.
If a shipment fails due to incorrect address information or other customer error, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

7.3 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to your use of the Platform or any purchases you make, including sales, use, VAT, or other taxes. We do not provide tax advice.
8. Intellectual Property and License to Use Content
All content made available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to audio recordings, musical compositions, videos, images, artwork, text, graphics, logos, designs, metadata, software and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by EVEN, B2K, their affiliates, licensors or other rights holders.
You are granted a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Platform and the Content solely for your private, non commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or publicly perform or display any Content without prior written permission
Record, download, screen record, screenshot, repost, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any Content or chat messages outside of the Platform, except as expressly allowed by us
Use any of our trademarks, logos or trade dress without prior written consent
All rights in and to the Platform and Content that are not expressly granted to you are reserved by EVEN, B2K and their licensors.
9. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
The community chat and any other interactive features are intended to provide a positive space for fans. By using these features, you agree to:
Treat other users, moderators and artist teams with respect
Stay on topic and avoid spam or irrelevant promotional content
Follow any additional guidelines posted within the chat or Platform
You must not post, send or share any content that:
Is illegal, infringing, deceptive or violates the rights of others
Is harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise harmful
Includes nudity, sexual content or excessively violent material
Contains viruses, malware or other harmful code
Attempts to dox, impersonate or misrepresent your identity
Attempts to advertise or sell products or services that are not authorized by us
You also agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts
Interfere with the operation of the Platform or any security or access control measures
Use bots, scripts or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor activity on the Platform and moderate or remove content. We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all features at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the community.
You understand that content posted by users represents the views of those users, not EVEN or B2K. We are not responsible for user generated content.
10. Content Availability and Changes to the Platform
We aim to provide a great experience, but:
We do not guarantee that any specific piece of Content, feature, or experience (including chat, specific songs, videos or drops) will always be available
Content may be added, changed, removed or made available for a limited time only
The Platform may experience outages, errors or interruptions from time to time
We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you for doing so.
11. Third Party Services and Links
The Platform may include links or integrations with third party websites and services, such as:
Ticketing providers like Ticketmaster
Merch platforms and payment processors
Social platforms, streaming services or other partner sites
Your use of those third party services is entirely between you and the third party, and is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for:
The content, accuracy or policies of any third party site or service
Any transactions or interactions you have with those third parties
Any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on third party services
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all Content and services available through it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not guarantee that:
The Platform or Content will always be accurate, reliable or up to date
The Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error free
Defects will be corrected
The Platform or servers will always be free of viruses or other harmful components
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVEN, B2K and their affiliates, officers, employees, partners and licensors will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses
Any damages related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any Content
Any issues arising from third party sites or services, including ticketing or payment providers
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, these limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EVEN, B2K and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Platform or Content
Any content you post or share through the Platform
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
Your infringement or violation of any third party right
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
14. Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that any breach of these Terms that involves unauthorized use of the Platform or Content, or violation of our intellectual property or community guidelines, may cause irreparable harm that cannot be fully remedied by money damages. In such cases, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the requirement to post a bond.
15. Severability, Assignment and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may assign these Terms or any of our rights or obligations at any time, with or without notice. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies we reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You and EVEN agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
