My Purchase Is Not Showing In My Library

What to do if you paid for a release on EVEN but it is not appearing in your library.

If you paid for a release on EVEN but it is not showing up in your library, do not worry. Your purchase is almost certainly still there. In most cases, this comes down to a sign-in mismatch.

If you're having trouble accessing your purchased content, ensure you are logged in using the same method you used during the purchase, such as email, phone number, or third-party login options like Apple or Google.

The most common reason your library looks empty is that you are logged into a different account than the one you used to buy.

Ensure you are using the same login method you used at checkout. For example, if you used your phone number, select 'Continue with Phone Number,' or if you used your email, select 'Continue with Email.'

  1. Log out of your current EVEN account.

  2. Log back in using the exact email address or phone number you used when you purchased.

  3. Go to My Library. Your release should be there.

Not sure which account you bought with?

Check your inbox for an EVEN purchase confirmation or receipt email. Whatever address that email was sent to is where your release lives. Log in with that email, and your library will be restored.

If you purchased a pre-order, only limited tracks may be available immediately. The full album will unlock on the release date. Similarly, if you redeemed a gifted album, you may only see a few songs initially, with full access granted upon the album's official release.

Tried that and it is still not there?

Before contacting support, ensure you have tried logging out and back in, refreshing your browser or app, and verifying your login method. If the issue persists, check if the content is locked due to incomplete purchase or artist restrictions.

Email us at support@even.biz with the following, and we will find it for you:

Additionally, if you are prompted to repurchase an album you already bought, this may indicate you are logged in with a different account. Log out and log back in using the correct login method.

  • Your receipt number

  • The name of the release

  • The email address you used at checkout

You will never need to repurchase. Your original payment is valid, and we can always locate your release using the receipt number.
