If you see the following message when trying to connect your Stripe account, you are not alone. This is a known issue and our team can fix it quickly.
You already have a split user configured, but no redirect URL is available. Please contact support.
What does this mean?
A previous Stripe connection attempt was started on your account but never completed. That incomplete record is now blocking the setup. This is not something you can fix from your end, but it takes our team only a few minutes to clear.
What to do
Email us at support@even.biz with the following:
Your artist name on EVEN
The email address on your Backstage account
A note that you are seeing the split user configured error
We will clear the issue and send you a fresh Stripe setup link so you can complete the connection.

If you have revenue splits set up with a producer or featured artist, they each need to complete their own Stripe account separately. An incomplete collaborator Stripe setup can sometimes surface errors during your setup too.
Confirm with your collaborators that they have finished connecting their Stripe accounts. If they have not, ask them to email support@even.biz and we will help them get set up.
