Change Your Password

Learn how to reset a forgotten password, update your password in account settings, and troubleshoot sign-in issues on Eventeny.

Forgot Password

Navigate to the Eventeny sign in page.

Click on "Forgot password?" located above the sign-in button.

Enter your email address in the email address field and click "Send password reset link".

Go to your email client and click on the link in your email to reset your password.

In the new tab that appears, enter your new password twice in the new password fields. Then, click "Reset your password".

Once you have successfully reset your password, Eventeny will log you in using your new password, and your password will be updated to use moving forward.

Update Your Password in Your Account

Log into your account on www.eventeny.com

Access your "Account Settings" by hovering over your profile picture at the top right of the screen. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Click on the "Personal info" card

Scroll down to the "Login" section and click "update".

Enter your new password in the "New password" field. Reenter your new password in the "Confirm password" field. Click "Update password".

Account Accidentally Deleted

Rest assured that your account has not been deleted. It's likely that you are using the wrong email address or password to sign into your account. Double check that you or your team are using the correct email. If you need to change your password, please follow the steps above under the 'Forgot Password' section.
