You can upload and delete photos within the application process as well as the method explained below. This is simply what we suggest you do from the beginning, to save you the time of uploading and deleting photos manually each time you apply to an event. Once you upload/delete the photos in your business profile, they will automatically apply to each application you apply to.
Additionally, while managing photos through your business profile is convenient, users concerned about privacy may prefer uploading photos directly within the application process and removing them from the business profile afterward. This approach helps limit public visibility and prevents photos from being indexed by search engines.
Go to Your Business Profile
Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.
At the top right of the home page, hover over your profile icon and select "Account Settings."
Click the "Business Profile" box.
Upload and Delete Photos
Scroll down your business profile page until you see the "Pictures" section. You may already have pictures on your business profile from previous applications. Whether you do or not, you can delete them or upload more by clicking the "edit" button written in blue text towards the top right of the section.
Note that the system automatically saves uploaded photos back to your Business Profile after each application submission. If privacy is a concern, you may need to remove these photos again after each submission.
Click the blue "Upload Picture" button to select photos from your computer to upload to your business profile. You do not need to save your changes as our platform automatically updates the pictures for you.
To delete photos, simply click the gray "x" at the top right corner of each individual picture you want to remove. You do not need to save your changes as our platform automatically updates the pictures for you.
You can reorder pictures as well by clicking and dragging the one-up one-down arrow at the top left corner of each individual picture. You do not need to save your changes as our platform automatically updates the pictures for you.
When you are finished and happy with your picture selections, simply click the "Close" button at the bottom.
Photos attached to submitted applications will remain accessible to event organizers even if they are later removed from your Business Profile.
