⚠️ Heads Up: This function is only available after you have already completed your original ticket purchase. Once your initial order has been submitted, you can return to your order details and add additional tickets or fan experiences.
🚫 Danger / Error: Adding tickets to your order can only be done via browser at this time. You cannot add tickets to your order via the mobile app.
Locate Your Tickets
Login to your Eventeny account. Hover over your profile picture and click on view profile. Alternatively, navigate directly to your Tickets page to access your orders.
Add Tickets to Order
1. Scroll down to the order you want to add more tickets to. Click on view details. Ensure you open the specific ticket's confirmation page (e.g., VIP pass) to access the 'Add to Order' button.
2. Click the Add to Order button.
3. Select the additional tickets you wish to add to your order. Click on Go to Checkout →.
4. Follow the checkout wizard to select your seats (if applicable), add on evCover, purchase additional shipping, and pay for your order.
