Eventeny provides a platform for event management but does not directly handle event-specific details. Eventeny does not provide or share the direct phone numbers of event coordinators. This policy ensures the privacy of organizers and aligns with Eventeny's commitment to secure communication.
These responsibilities are managed by the event organizers.
Event organizers are responsible for managing event-specific details such as assigning booth locations, providing setup instructions, handling refund requests, and managing withdrawal requests. Additionally, they control the availability of platform features such as location switching and booth selection.
If you have questions or concerns about any of these topics, the event organizer is your primary point of contact.
There are many ways to contact the event organizer on Eventeny! Take a look at the options below:
Directly on the Event Page
The event page is what you would likely see first before you start an application or purchase a ticket. It's where you can find all of the event information that you would need to know. You can find the event page by scrolling down the Eventeny home page until you see the event exploration section.
Simply select the event you wish to attend or work at to be directed to the event page. Once you're there, scroll down (click the last tab on top to get there quicker) until you see the words "Hosted by..." followed by the event organizer's name or company. To the right of that information, you should see three options, one of which is "Message."
Via Your Application
When applying to be a vendor, volunteer, sponsor or other applicant, you can also contact the event organizer at the beginning of the application, or when you've submitted your application.
After you've submitted your application, click the "Participation" tab at the top of the homepage and select the "Your application" button. You can also access the "My Applications" page via your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
A full list of your applications will be displayed. On the right of each application, you will find a "Contact Organizer" button. Select the button that corresponds to the application that you may have questions about.
You can also contact the event organizer by selecting to either "Resume" an incomplete application or "View or edit" an application that has been submitted.
Once the application is open, click on the "Contact organizer" button at the top of the application.
Via Your Ticket
Before purchasing your ticket, you can scroll down on the ticket purchase page to contact the event organizer for questions.
After purchasing your ticket, you can first access your ticket by clicking "View Profile" under your profile icon.
Under the "My tickets" section, select "View details" next to the ticket you wish to contact the event organizer about.
To the right of your ticket information, under the ticket QR code and in the "Need Help" box, there is a contact event organizer button.
What If the Event Organizer is Not Responding?
We recommend checking out the event organizer's website to obtain any direct contact information such as an email or phone number. This information is normally found on the "Contact Us" or "About Us" page of the website. Additionally, you can check the event's official social media pages for contact details, as organizers often share updates and respond to inquiries there.
If you have previously communicated with the organizer, consider using those channels to reach out as an additional way to establish contact. Be specific in your inquiry by clearly stating your question or request to ensure a prompt and accurate response from the organizer.
If you are still having trouble reaching the event organizer, please feel free to reach out to us!
We ask that before you do so, you have already attempted to contact the organizer twice within a 24-48 hour period window for weekdays or 72 hours for weekends.
Why Don’t I See Certain Options for 'Booth Selection' in My Eventeny Application?
If you’re unable to see certain options, such as the Booth Selection feature, in your Eventeny application, it is likely due to the event organizer’s settings. Eventeny provides the platform for event management, but individual event organizers control the availability of these features. Below are explanations for common scenarios:
Booth Selection
The visibility of the “Select a booth/space” option is also determined by the event organizer. If this option is not available in your application, it is because the organizer has not yet enabled booth selection for the event. Here’s what you can do:
Confirm with the event organizer whether booth selection will be enabled and when.
Once the organizer enables this feature, the option will appear in your application or booth management view when you log in.
