Whether you have one hotel or multiple, you can assign detailed search criteria, images and other options to help your attendee consider their bookings. EventsAir provides and simple and easy way for them to book their accommodation online.

2A.2.3.1 Managing Room Release

Setting up contracted room allocations with hotels is an effective way to manage booking numbers and give attendees more accommodation choices.

"Room Release" is the contract option that lets you return rooms from a room block back to the hotel. These release schedules are typically outlined in the hotel's contract. This lesson will guide you through using the room release feature in EventsAir and provide helpful examples of how it can be applied to your event.
