In EventsAir, it's easy to use the drag-and-drop builder to create a detailed agenda with presentation sessions, break-out sessions, functions, activities and general information. Your agenda can also include multiple tracks and multiple speakers per session. You can also publish and instantly update (synchronize) your Agenda on your event website, in the Attendee App, the Organizer App and the Abstract Workflow Portal (used to manage sessions and presentations).
2A.3.1.1 Designing & Building your Agenda
Create your program by adding each agenda item separately, or use the Agenda Builder to drag and drop in sessions. Your agenda can also include information elements, activities and breaks, functions, and different columns/tracks so attendees can choose areas of interest.

2A.3.2.1 Publishing your Agenda
Once your agenda is ready, you can publish it instantly in real time to multiple platforms, including the event website, Attendee App, and the Organizer App.
Any changes you make to the agenda will be immediately updated across all platforms, ensuring that your attendees always have access to the most up-to-date version.

2A.3.3.1 Registering Attendees for Agenda Items
During the online registration process, your agenda helps attendees chose the event sessions, functions, and activities for which they'd like to register. Enabling registration for these items helps you predict attendance and allows your attendees to plan their time.
