A Group may include attendees from the same organization, or individuals from different organizations brought together for a common activity, such as teams or associations.

EventsAir provides a comprehensive collection of tools and processes to help you organize and manage group registrations and allocations for registrations, functions, accommodation and travel.

2A.11.1.1 The Basics of Group Management

To effectively manage groups, including group contacts, group members and group inventory, you first need to understand how these processes work together in EventsAir.

Watch the video below for an overview of this topic:

2A.11.2.1 Groups and Interactive Sites

There are several ways to let group members register for your events.

First, let's look at using an Interactive Site. This process allows multiple group members or one 'group contacts' (the main contact for a group) to create online registrations. You can create options for group members to pay individually, or have the group contact pay for everyone.

To find out more, watch the video below:

2A.11.3.1 Group Registration App

The Group Registration App makes it easy to add to a group, manage members, and even allow the creation of a new group and group contact.

There are also communication, invoice management and reporting capabilities built into this app.

Find out more by watching the video below:

2A.11.4.1 Group Allocation Portal

EventsAir includes a dedicated portal for group contacts to manage their group inventory – the Group Allocation Portal. This portal allows group contacts to register group members, assign group inventory items, manage payments, communicate with group members and more.
To see how it works, watch the video below:

2A.11.5.1 Communicating With and Reporting on Groups
