Overview
Smart Proposal reduces the time between receiving a lead and sending pricing to your client. It pulls booking details to generate a modern, professional proposal in minutes. Smart Proposals are customizable, mobile-optimized, support interactive upsells, and can be converted to a booking with a single click.

Setup Instructions
Go to Settings → Templates & Files → Proposal Templates
Click Event Temple Standard Proposal Templates
Choose a Template Type
Conference Proposal – includes guestrooms
Proposal – excludes guestrooms
Clone and Customize
Click the eye icon, select Clone, and rename your copy
Your cloned template now appears under Organization Proposal Templates
Update branding, photography, text, or layout elements as needed
Tip: Cloning preserves standard templates while letting you maintain multiple versions.
Using Smart Proposals
Open the Booking you want to create a proposal for.
Review and update event and guest room details.
In the Proposal box (left panel), click + to generate the proposal.
Review the automatically generated proposal for accuracy.
Click Share to email the proposal directly to your client.
Tip: Clients can adjust optional items and quantities. Once accepted, convert the proposal to a booking in one click.
Important Notes / Limitations
Smart Proposals do not rely on Document Templates — customization and translations happen in the proposal template itself.
Ensure translations or secondary languages are set up before generating proposals for international clients.
