Event Temple offers two main proposal types: Proposals and Document Proposals. Both are tied to bookings, but they differ in how they’re created and what features they offer.


Proposals

  • Created From: Proposal Templates within a booking, Booking Summary page

  • Purpose: Quickly generate professional, interactive proposals directly from a booking

  • Features:

    • Multilingual content

    • Automated follow-ups

    • Advanced Proposals grant access to AI Add-on elements and AI email parsing (paid)

  • Workflow: Designed to streamline proposals that are directly tied to a booking

Create various Documents from the Document sub-tab, including Document Proposals


Document Proposals

  • Created From: Document Templates via the Documents tab in a booking

  • Purpose: Produce standard, static proposals from a booking

  • Features:

    • Multilingual content

    • Automated follow-ups

  • Workflow: Use when a static document is needed; created via the Documents tab rather than Proposal Templates

Tip: Choose Proposals for interactive, template-driven proposals that come directly from bookings. Use Document Proposals for simpler, static documents created through the Documents tab.
