Event Temple offers two main proposal types: Proposals and Document Proposals. Both are tied to bookings, but they differ in how they’re created and what features they offer.
Proposals
Created From: Proposal Templates within a booking, Booking Summary page
Purpose: Quickly generate professional, interactive proposals directly from a booking

Advanced Proposals grant access to AI Add-on elements and AI email parsing (paid)
Workflow: Designed to streamline proposals that are directly tied to a booking
Document Proposals
Created From: Document Templates via the Documents tab in a booking
Purpose: Produce standard, static proposals from a booking
Features:

Automated follow-ups
Workflow: Use when a static document is needed; created via the Documents tab rather than Proposal Templates
