How Do I Change a User's Permission Level?

Procedure:

Only Admins can change the User permission levels. If you do not see these options, contact your Event Temple admin. 

  1. Select Settings on the left side of Event Temple

  2. Select Organization

  3. Select Users & Roles

  4. Find the User you wish to edit and select the Pencil Icon at the right side of the row

  5. At the bottom, press the Pencil Icon next to the Organization you wish to edit

  6. Select permissions to edit by selecting the Pencil icon on the right side of the row

  7. Edit the Role

  8. Select Apply

Additional Information:

Users can have different permission levels for varying Organizations (i.e. Someone can be read-only at one Organization, but regular at another.)

For Organizations that are part of a chain (multi-property), users can also be made Chain Admin to give extra privileges to change Event Temple Fields & Custom Fields.
