Quickly create a copy of an Event to save time when adding multiple or multi-day Events. Ideal for repeated setups like meal functions, breakout sessions, or conference meetings.

Steps to Clone an Event

  1. Find the Event you want to clone (via the Events tab or through the Booking).

  2. Click the downward arrow on the right side of the Event.

  3. Select Clone.

  4. Associate the cloned Event with the appropriate Booking.

  5. Check the boxes next to items to copy over (e.g., Menu Items, Custom Fields).

  6. Select the relevant date(s).

  7. Click Clone.

Note: The cloned Event will automatically have Lead status.

You can update the status later if needed.

Bulk Cloning Events

  • To clone multiple Events at once, your organization must have Space Conflict enabled in Org Settings.

  • Only an Admin can enable this setting.

  • Once enabled, you can batch clone Events to save time when creating multiple similar Events.

Edit the Cloned Event (Optional)

  • Open the cloned Event to make changes if needed.

  • Update details such as:

    • Event name

    • Date and time

    • Space or setup style

    • Attendee numbers or notes

  • Click Save to apply changes.

โš ๏ธ Cloning does not perform a conflict check. You can adjust statuses individually or in bulk to resolve any conflicts.
