Sync Outlook 365
Connect Office 365 email integration
Use office 365 email in Event Temple
Environment:
Event Temple Web App
Procedure:
Select Settings on the left-hand side of Event Temple
Click on Personal
Click on Email Settings
Click Disconnect Email (if necessary)
Enter your email address
Click Authorize
Sign in using your email Credentials
Select which emails you would like synced.
Enjoy your new & improved Email integration!

If your organization has settings that needs to approve apps / admin approval, follow the steps here.
Replies from emails sent from Event Temple will come to both Event Temple & Outlook
Emails sent from Event Temple will also appear in your 'sent' folder in Outlook
It's also possible to forward emails to Event Temple from Outlook to create new Bookings, or add the email to existing Bookings using Event Temple's BCC/Forwarding email.
