Enter the email address used to log in
Click on Send me Password Instructions
Follow the instructions sent to your email address
Log-in using the new password

There's a one-time-use token in the URL we send, and once it expires, that link will no longer function properly.
The tokens expire:
1. If you create a new token by submitting another 'I forgot my password' request
2. If you use the token to reset your password (successfully)
3. After 6 hours from creation.
