View Emails

Booking Related Emails

As most of the time you'll be working from within a Booking, the Booking Summary, is a great way to access emails related to a specific Booking. To do this, click the email sub-tab from the Booking Summary.

All emails linked to the Booking, regardless of who sent/received them are shown here. This is especially helpful for visibility if a team member is away.

Contact Emails

From the Contact Summary is also an emails sub-tab. All emails linked to the Contact, regardless of Booking & who sent/received them are shown here.

Individual User Emails

To get an overview of emails only related to your email account, click the Mail tab on the left-hand side menu.

  1. Select the relevant Status: Sent, Draft, Scheduled, Outbox, or Inbox view on the left side of the email page

  2. Optional: Add a filter for the email you wish to see

Additional Information

Replied/Bounced/Failed/Opened statuses are shown as icons. If you hover over each one it will give you more information.
