How to Link an Existing File, Document, or Invoice to an Email in Event Temple

Link Files, Documents, or Invoices to emails in Event Temple. Insert multiple items, rename links, or attach items from other bookings using their URLs for easy client communication and document sharing.

You can attach Files, Documents, or Invoices to an outgoing email in Event Temple using the built-in linking feature.

Steps:

  1. Click + New Email and compose your message.

  2. Click the Attachments / File Links / Documents Links / Invoice Links button at the bottom of the email body, depending on what you want to attach.

  3. Select the appropriate item from the button list.

  4. Click Insert Link.

  5. Repeat to add multiple links if needed.

  6. When ready, click Send.

Additional Tips:

  • Rename links using the Edit Link function to make them descriptive.

  • To link items from a different Booking, copy the URL and insert it manually using Insert Link.

  • Document Templates cannot be attached to email templates; the document must first be created within a Booking to generate a unique URL.
