Answer:
There are image size limits
If you are trying to upload an image that is larger than 20MB, you will get an error as that is the current limit for inserting images into the body of an email.
If you are within the size limits and still experiencing an error
We suggest running a cache clear on your Browser. At times, cached data can slow down the process surrounding uploading images into the application. This can solve that problem.
