Answer:

Yes, you can! The option to move a booking is available from:

  • The Bookings list (in the individual organization or multi-organization dashboard)

  • Booking Pipeline

  • The actions dropdown when viewing an individual Booking

This action is ONLY available if:

  • You are a chain admin

  • Your chain has “Global Accounts” enabled

When moving a Booking, the fields you are required to fill out depending on what is on the Booking. They can be up to:

  • User (always)

  • Pipeline Stage (always)

  • Room Type mappings (only if there is a Group on the booking)

  • Tax mappings (only if there are Menu Items with taxes on the Booking)

You will not be able to move a Booking if it has any of the following:

  • invoices

  • payments

  • packages

  • documents

  • workflows

  • automations

  • any records synced with the PMS

  • repeating behaviour setup

Additional Information

Emails from the original Booking will not be moved but they will stay associated with the relevant Contact in the original Organization.
