Procedure:
You must be an Administrator to perform these steps. If you do not see these options, please ask your administrator to assist you.
Click on Settings on the left-hand side bar
Scroll down to Organization
Click on Spaces
Select the New Space Button
Fill out the appropriate fields (You can read about the various fields here. You can learn about blocked spaces here.)
Click Save
