Steps
Open the Module or Report
Go to the page you want to customizeClick the Columns Button
Locate the “Selected Columns” Section
All currently visible columns appear here.
Each column name has a six-dot icon (⋮⋮) to its left — this is the drag handle.
Reorder the Columns
Hover over the column you’d like to move.
Press and hold the six-dot icon (⋮⋮).
Drag the column up or down to your desired position.
Release to drop it into place.
The order you set here matches how the columns appear in your list view.
5. Apply the Changes
Click Apply to update your table immediately.
The new column order will now appear in your active view.
6. (Optional) Save Your Layout
To keep this setup for future use, click Save View → Update Existing or Save as New.
Name your custom view clearly (e.g., “Accounts – Market Segment First”).
Example
If you want Market Segment to appear before Account Type:
Click Columns.
In Selected Columns, grab Market Segment using the six-dot icon.
Drag it above Account Type.
Click Apply.
(Optional) Save your view to keep this layout.
✅ Tip:
You can also toggle columns on or off in the same panel by checking or unchecking any field. Use this to clean up your view before saving a new report or shared layout.
