The Daily Events with Details Report lists Events on the requested date
range and groups them by Booking.
This report is similar to the Daily Events Report but includes more details. These details can be regulated using the list of checkboxes on the report. Those specifics include:
Booking Notes
Event Notes
Booking Custom Fields
Event Custom Fields
Event Financial Summary
Menu Item Descriptions
Attendees
Tax-Inclusive pricing
You can also choose to lump Menu Items under the Events that they correspond with if you decide to do so.
How to Use the Daily Events with Details Report
Click on Reports in the side navigation
Click on Daily Events with Details
Select Filters
Check or Uncheck the Boxes to alter Report parameters
Select Export As
Export AS (HTML or PDF)
Important Considerations
The Daily Events with Details report should not replace BEO's.
It is important to complete all Event-related fields, otherwise, they will remain blank on the Report.
