Email templates are a powerful tool that your teams can use for conducting email marketing campaigns, responding to lead inquiries, to individual groups and/or event customers.
The Email Template Performance Report can be used to track the effectiveness of the Templates you use. It allows you to compare the number of emails sent, emails opened and emails replied to. By uncovering which templates have a better response rate, you will be able to invest in those Templates rather than the less effective ones.
How to Use the Email Template Performance Report
Click on Reports tab on the left-hand sidebar
Click on Email Template Performance
Select the appropriate Date Filters
Click Export (if desired)
Important Considerations
This Report only accounts for Emails that have been sent while using an Email Template. If an email is composed - without a Template - in the email composer, it will not appear in this report.
