GRC (Group Rooms Control)
GRC (Group Rooms Control)
Updated over a week ago

The GRC displays the names of all the Groups that have been entered into Event Temple for the selected date range. In this report, you can review the following for each Group:

  • Room nights (Blocked, Pickup, Contracted, and Net)

  • Arrival date

  • Total Revenue

  • ADR (Average Daily Rate)

The GRC report can extend up to 12 months (anything longer than 90 days will need to be exported and cannot be displayed in your browser.)

The GRC Report can be used for several purposes. For example, it can be used to track stay patterns and peak nights. It can also be used to compare blocked Room Nights versus what is on hold to determine which groups are not meeting the room block's expectations.

The GRC can also be accessed by clicking the Calendar tab on the left-hand sidebar and selecting GRC.

How to Use the GRC Report

  1. Click on Report in the side navigation

  2. Click on GRC

  3. Select Filters

  4. Select GRC Settings

  5. Export AS (HTLM or PDF)

Important Considerations

The GRC will prompt the message below if the date range is more than 90 days. If you export the report, you will be able to see the full length of your Report,

StayNTouch and Mews integrations

Organizations with a StayNTouch or Mews integration will be able to check availability from the Group Room Control.

Please note: The availability row will show the total rooms available across all room types.

Also, for clients using our Group Sync functionality the Group “sync status” is now displayed on the GRC helping determine which groups are synced and whether there are any errors.
