The Group Sales Productivity report shows a summary of tentative and definite guestrooms for each salesperson.

When running this report, parameters can be set such as:

  • Arrival date

  • Account type,

  • Pipeline stage

  • Group Creation Date

The report provides a total revenue summary, Grouped by User, and Group Status.

The Group Sales Productivity is best used to measure the productivity of individual sales representatives.


How to Use The Group Sales Productivity Report

  1. Click on Report in the side navigation

  2. Click on Group Sales Productivity

  3. Select Filters

  4. Export As

  5. Select your download type (HTML or PDF)

Important Considerations

The sales person is based on the Assignee of the Booking

The report is the best use to evaluate an individual sales person's productivity instead of the entire sales team. Use the Group Pace report to view the overall team productivity related to meeting revenue goals.
