Task List Report

The Task List Report offers multiple filters and visualization options allowing you to display various task details. These visualization details include (but are not limited to):

  • Client Contact Information

  • Task Type

  • Activity Result

  • Due Date

  • Task Creation Date

  • Many Others

A sales team may use The Task List report for several reasons. Some of those reasons include:

  1. Discuss sales activities during morning standup meetings and expected results.

  2. Review future dates for upcoming Sales activities ( like sales blitz, email marketing, sales conferences, or trade shows.)

  3. Utilize filter options to focus on activities by Booking, Account, Task Type, Status, etc.

  4. Use the report to view activities for a specific account.

  5. Use the contact filter to view tasks for a specific contact. The filter is particularly useful when working with third parties or travel agents.


How to Use the Task List Report

  1. Click on Report in the side navigation

  2. Click on Task List

  3. Select Filters

  4. Add Columns

  5. Click Save Report

  6. Enter Report Name

  7. Click Save

  8. Click Export As (CSV, HTML or PDF)
