Set recurring bookings for repeat guests

An Event is a scheduled activity within a Booking tied to a Space and its details (e.g. setup style, attendees).
Examples within one Booking might include:
Rehearsal Dinner
Ceremony
Cocktail Hour
Reception
Each Event can:
Take place in a different Space
Occur across multiple days
Be customized for Documents and Reports

A Group handles accommodation needs tied to a Booking (only visible if enabled for your organization).
In a Group, you can:
Add room blocks and rates
Track group-specific notes
Include this data in Documents and reporting
