A Booking is the main container that holds all details related to your guest’s Events and Group reservations.

From a Booking, you can:

  • Add Events and/or Groups

  • Create and send Invoices and Documents

  • Track and manage guest needs across one or multiple days

  • Set recurring bookings for repeat guests


πŸŽ‰ What is an Event?

An Event is a scheduled activity within a Booking tied to a Space and its details (e.g. setup style, attendees).

Examples within one Booking might include:

  • Rehearsal Dinner

  • Ceremony

  • Cocktail Hour

  • Reception

Each Event can:

  • Take place in a different Space

  • Occur across multiple days

  • Be customized for Documents and Reports

A Group handles accommodation needs tied to a Booking (only visible if enabled for your organization).

In a Group, you can:

  • Add room blocks and rates

  • Track group-specific notes

  • Include this data in Documents and reporting
