If someone can view the google calendar that is displaying the synced ET entry, are they able to click the link to the account info (just to view) if they are not a registered Event Temple user?

When sending an Event Temple Booking via Calendar Sync, users can choose what information is displayed in the third party calendar.
Included in this information is a link which sends you to the Event Temple Booking. If the link is clicked, the person will need an Event Temple log in to view it.
If they aren't signed into Event Temple on the workstation they are on, they'll be asked to Sign in.
