The Bookings by Lost Reason Report shows which inquiries didn’t convert into confirmed Bookings, helping you analyze lost business, understand why prospects didn’t book, and identify trends to improve future conversion.

What You Can Do with This Report

  • Track all inquiries that did not convert

  • Analyze lost business by reason

  • See all prospects who chose not to book

  • Identify missing or incomplete lost reasons


How to Run the Report

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Next to Booking List, click Saved Reports

  3. Select Bookings by Lost Reason

  4. Adjust Columns and Filters as needed

  5. Export the report if required (CSV or HTML)


Important Considerations

  • Use this report to check for Bookings that do not yet have a lost reason assigned.

  • Reviewing these results can help you:

    • Spot trends in why Bookings are lost

    • Pinpoint common objections or challenges

    • Adjust sales strategies to improve future conversion rates
