The Booking Summary provides a snapshot of everything related to a specific Booking. From here, you can access and manage all components tied to it—events, contacts, documents, revenue, and more.
Booking Summary Header
You can update the following details directly from the header section:

Booking Dates
Deal Value
Booking Status
Assignee
Pipeline Status
➡️ Access a Booking’s Guest Portal by clicking the Guest Portal Link located in the Booking Summary header.
Use the Actions dropdown menu to:
Archive
Clone
Merge
Delete
Booking Summary Fields
Contacts
Lists all contacts associated with the Booking. You can have multiple contacts, but only the Primary Contact's details will merge into documents, invoices, and reports.
Account
An Account typically represents a company or organization associated with the Booking (e.g., for corporate events).
Travel Agent
A Travel Agent is a specialized type of Account. You can add one from the Account page or directly to a Booking.

Shows totals for Guestroom Revenue and Menu Item Revenue at a glance.
Booking Summary Sub-Tabs
Each sub-tab in the Booking gives you access to different components:
Details
Displays group/room block information, including total room nights, revenue, and pick-up stats
Lists all Events attached to the Booking. You can also create and manage Events from here.
Other Fields
Includes all custom fields linked to the Booking. You can add and edit custom fields in this section.
Notes
Add internal notes for the Booking. (Note: Notes are not included in documents.)
Create and manage tasks linked to the Booking. Tasks are listed by due date and can include follow-ups, calls, meetings, etc.
Send new emails and view all email threads related to the Booking from this tab.
Displays all revenue-related Line/Menu Items, whether added directly to the Booking or through associated Events.
View all payments and deposits received for the Booking.
Access all related documents—proposals, contracts, BEOs, etc.
Lists all invoices created for the Booking.
Upload and manage files related to the Booking to share with your team.
View a full history of all changes made to the Booking.

Automate task creation with predefined sequences triggered by Booking actions.
Cancel Reservations/Group Rooms that are synced to Mews.
Important Notes
