How the Checklist Document Element applies to you

The Checklist is a powerful tool in the document creator. It allows you to offer pre-determined options to either your client or the staff filling out the form.


How to use the Checklist Document Element

You'll find some usual options in the Edit function, such as Top & Bottom Margin, Label, Inline, Font and Placeholder.

Inline- This option will place the label and the input field in a single line.

Inline Unchecked:

Force List options to be Inline- similar to above, but it will place the options in a single line.

Require a minimum & maximum number of selections- When checked, you'll be given the option to enter the number of selections required. The guest will be unable to 'submit' the form without the required items being selected. It will appear with a red asterisk on the Document for easy visibility

Checklist Options - That leaves the main feature of Checklist! Two options are the default but you can add more by selecting 'Add Option'

If you want to delete or re-order your options, you'll find those on the right side.

Important Considerations

The Checklist enables you to gather information, however, it does not currently feedback through to Event Temple into any fields. If you wish to have the information recorded elsewhere, it must be done manually.
